CONVENTION 2012 UPDATE

Felow Riders:

Deadlines are coming to a close.

The NFMC board and VPs had just held its pre-convention meeting yesterday in Cebu City. I will make very important announcements on matters that were discussed by the Officers.

The Deadline of the AAC (step 2) with payments of P200 each member and the Delegate Attendees (step 3) P1,100 will be on Friday, March 16, 2012. We will no longer process any AAC members applications after this date.

However, we will still accept step 1 and 2 for DATABASE purposes ONLY – No more AAC to be printed and sent until next years host for renewal. This is so that your Club, the Logo and president contact info be uploaded in the system for file and membership purposes to make next years convention easier.

We would like to remind everyone of the SOUVENIR Program deadline – It is moved ONLY until March 16, 2012 due to many clubs time constraint in picture taking and making layouts. There will be NO MORE extensions after MARCH 16, 2012. The book takes a lot of time to make and has very high costing is we delay this process.

Each NFMC Delegate will now be categorized:

M1 – All AAC paid holders of P200 and paid-up Delegates Attendees of P1,100:
You are pre-paid, registered and listed – your pre-printed convention ID’s, your knap/beltbag, your T-shirts and other loot giveaways, plus souvenir book will be ready for you. We will not give this to any other attendees. You are also included in the 2 big night dinner buffet meals list.

M2 – All AAC holders paid P200 but NOT paid-up Delegate Attendees of P1,100:
You are registered and listed. You will have to proceed to the Delegate Payment Loading Counter and present your AAC and pay the P1,100 onsite. Your AAC will then be loaded so that you may proceed with the registration process and receive a hand-written ID. You will get the same benefits as the M1 except for the Souvenir Program – Effective March 19, 2012, we will only process and print an excess of 30% of total AAC card members listed who have paid step 1 Souvenir Program Books.
HOWEVER, if you are an M2, BUT your club has SUBMITTED their pictures and layouts for the Souvenir Program Book, you will be have priority on the 30% excess number of Souvenir Programs made.

M3 – All Step 1 and Step 2 Registered Clubs and Members who ONLY sent BUT did not pay the P200 AAC and P1,100 Delegate Attendee:
Your Club name will be listed in the entrance. You will proceed to the Non-Registration Counter, Fill-up forms for database check and confirmation and pay P1,300. You will be given a 2 Day Convention Color Card, also bar-coded and be given a hand-written ID. The card will expire after 2 days. You will get the same benefits as the M1, but limited supply on the knap/beltbag and Souvenir Program. T-shirts, and other sponsored giveaways including 2 buffet big night dinner meals are still included.

G1 – Pre-paid Guest from Member Clubs and Registered International Guest paid-up P1,300:
You are pre-paid, registered and listed – Proceed to the Guest Counter. Like the M1, you will receive all the complete benefits and giveaways.

G2 – Pre-registered guest without payments:
You are listed and will proceed to Guest Counter for verification, pay the P1,300 and receive the same benefits as the M3.

W1 – Your are walk-ins and not listed at the entrance. We will check if your a past NFMC member, or on a “disciplined” Motorcycle Group before allowing entry. Again, as explained earlier, for SECURITY Reasons, we will not accept walk-in riders in tsinelas, sando, shorts and “uzuseros” in the convention venue. When approved, you will proceed to the Non-Registration Counter and pay P1,300. You will receive the same benefits as the M3 while supply last, most likely T-shirt and giveaways. However, you will be counted in the dinner buffet list. We will not BARGAIN with walk-ins making tawad with entrance fees, even if they arrive the next day. The P1,300 is still a very sufficient price for 2 buffet meals, live entertainment and maybe at least a T-shirt.

All allowed entry M1-M3, G1-G2 and W1 will all be entitled to win the Grand Raffle to be announced later plus many more raffle prices.

There will be some Raffle prices for AAC members only.

NATIONAL FEDERATION MEETING Nov 18 @730pm

Greetings to all Presidents of the National Federation of Motorcycle Clubs Inc. Luzon Region.

Bikers Unlimited, your Luzon Representative / Host for next years 18th National Convention, will be hosting a Club Presidents Meeting for all Luzon Motorcycle Clubs (Presidents or Representative), on Novmeber 18, 2011-Friday at 730pm at the Kowloon House West Ave. Restaurant, Quezon City (near the old Circle theater).

This meeting also open to all organized CLUB President or Representative from all Underbone, Scooter, CB, Raider, Rauzer, FZ16, SYM, Kymco, sub-400, etc Motorcycle Clubs who would want to be part of the biggest National Motorcycle Convention next year. New Clubs who will be present and would like to register in National Federation, must have at least 10-12 members, a set of officers (Pres. VP, Sec, Tres n PRO), and a Club Name with Logo.

If you are a Club from the following Nearby North and Southern areas, your President/Rep. attendance is expected in this meeting.

- NCR (Metro Manila)
- North of Manila CLubs up to Pampanga (Valenzuela, Clark, Subic Zambales, Cabanatuan area)
- Southern Luzon (Legazpi to Laguna)
- Western Luzon (Palawan)

Another Presentation in (Baguio or La Union) area will be scheduled for the Upper North Club Presidents/Reps from the following areas.

- Pangasinan Clubs (Dagupan etc)
- Vigan, Laoag, Ilocos Region
- San Jose, Isabela, Cagayan and Tuguegarao
- All other Nothern Luzon
